Senior Productivity Ecosystem Engineer

Role: Senior Productivity Ecosystem Engineer providing technical leadership for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms. Objectives: drive platform engineering, governance, operational excellence, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online services. Responsibilities: coordinate engineering and operational activities, partner with cross-functional teams to implement platform strategies, ensure platform stability and scalability, manage governance and lifecycle standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, security, legal, and vendor teams to align platform health and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's in IT or related field; 5+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 services; hands-on experience with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online; expertise in architecture, governance, permissions, lifecycle management, and automation tools like PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Preferred: Microsoft 365 certifications, experience supporting large enterprise or regulated industries, vendor management, and platform migration projects.
