Senior Productivity Ecosystem Engineer

Role: Senior Productivity Ecosystem Engineer providing technical leadership for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms. Responsibilities: oversee engineering, governance, operational excellence, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Security, and Infrastructure; ensure platform stability, scalability, and governance compliance; lead platform upgrades, risk mitigation, and service health monitoring; manage vendor relationships and drive operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT or related field; 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments; hands-on experience with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online; proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, automation; strong understanding of collaboration architecture, security, compliance, and lifecycle management; proven experience leading large-scale migrations or modernization initiatives. Preferred: Microsoft certifications (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange); experience in regulated industries, vendor management, and platform transformation.
