What You Will Achieve (In this role you will):
- Self-motivated; work in a team environment and independently.
- Work in a clean manufacturing environment; gown/de-gown (aseptic) proficiency; ensure proper operation of production equipment, downtime, and scrap rate.
- Perform machine set-up, repairs, adjustments, changeovers, emergency repair/replacement, and preventative maintenance per procedures.
- Interact with and interpret data from automated control systems/displays.
- Follow safety and process requirements (PPE, LOTO, SOPs, Batch Records).
- Communicate safety and quality issues and equipment repair plan recommendations to management.
- Communicate with team to meet production deliverables and schedule.
- Support IMEx activities (CI, Standard Work, TPM) including tracking metrics.
- Demonstrate cGMP, Good Documentation Practice, and adherence to detailed instructions.
- Troubleshoot and perform Root Cause analysis.
- Certified Trainer; coach and train new hires.
- Serve as SME for production equipment/operations and technical resources; partner on shutdown planning.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):
- 3–6 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Problem-solving mindset; mechanical skills for setup/repairs/adjustments.
- Ability to operate/maintain maintenance tools/equipment (hand/power tools, multi-meters, etc.).
- Read/interpret operating procedures, product batch records, and equipment documentation.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
- 5+ years as operator/mechanic in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Technical school/auto mechanic certificate and/or industrial maintenance/repair experience.
