Role Summary

Senior Product Marketing Specialist – Reagent Solutions Division. Develop and execute high-growth go-to-market, multi-channel, full funnel marketing plans to raise awareness and drive conversion within key life science market segments. Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product management to influence cross-functional teams and deliver impactful portfolio marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead execution of high-impact go-to-market programs to drive revenue growth for RSD portfolios in academia, biotech, pharma, immunology, immune cell therapy, and regenerative medicine.
  • Develop and write strategic multi-channel integrated marketing content to acquire, engage, retain, and grow customers.
  • Collaborate with product management and scientific applications teams to promote high-value portfolio content across the marketing funnel (brochures, webpages, webinars, posters, sales tools).
  • Lead portfolio marketing programs by coordinating with stakeholders (Product Management, Brand, Marcom) to align marketing plans for new products and product improvements.
  • Maintain a clear marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing tactics.
  • Use analytical tools and revenue data to make data-driven marketing decisions to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Create product launch toolkits with messaging, training, and customer-facing materials for commercial teams.
  • Attend and support industry conferences and tradeshows to generate leads and identify opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the life sciences industry; product marketing experience preferred.
  • Tactical marketing experience across multiple channels (web, SEO, SEM, display, email, events, 3rd party advertising).

Skills

  • Ability to articulate the unique value of Bio-Techne products to life science researchers.
  • Strong copywriting and promotional scientific content creation skills.
  • Collaborative with influence without direct authority; excellent project management and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of 4Ps, marketing mix, marketing communications, segmentation, value proposition, and program development.
  • Customer-focused with ability to understand needs and drive decisions accordingly.
  • Fast learner capable of thriving in a dynamic team; familiar with digital media channels and their impact on behavior.
  • Innovative mindset and willingness to pilot new approaches; ability to travel up to 10%.

Education

  • Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
