In Specialty Care, youโll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. The Senior Product Manager-Rhinology Marketing will support marketing initiatives and operations to support best-in-class commercialization of DUPIXENT in CRSwNP and AFRS indications. The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to collaborate and lead in a complex, hybrid organization in the Allergy, Rhinology, and Gastroenterology franchise.
Responsibilities
- Support the promotion of DUPIXENT to Allergy and ENT healthcare professionals (HCPs) as well as patients through various channels, including digital platforms, email, and other media
- Contribute to HCP/Consumer Rhinology Marketing strategy and execution
- Participate in several brand critical initiatives such as but not limited to, brand planning, competitive planning, budget management, market research, and message & creative evolution.
- Champion materials through the Joint Review Committee (JRC)
- Support peer to peer, including content approval, speaker credentialing, training, utilization and metrics assessment in collaboration with our alliance co-promote partner
- Collaborate with DUPIXENT marketing, sales, medical affairs, legal, regulatory and agencies to ensure cross functional alignment and execution of projects and priorities
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelorโs degree
- Required: Successful track record in pharmaceutical operations marketing or sales with 3+ years relevant experience
- Preferred: Previous experience in developing HCP and Consumer marketing strategies and tactics
- Preferred: Previous experience in sales
- Preferred: Specialty/biologics expertise
- Preferred: Experience leading projects cross functionally
