Senior Product Manager, Predictive Analytics

Discover Your Role:
- Mock up products based on proteomic, electronic medical record, and/or genomic datasets
- Draft specifications for software to display disease risk predictions; use AI tools to implement and evaluate results
- Turn disease prediction ideas from teams/collaborators into concrete project/budget proposals
- Track emerging market trends in disease prediction and applications of genomics data to refine product directions
- Present genomics and proteomic use cases to leadership aligned with organizational goals
- Assist in the design of clinical validation programs for products
- Partner with leaders/customers to test hypotheses on new product value; summarize feedback to leadership

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in relevant field (software engineering, computational biology, etc.) plus 13+ years industry experience (or PhD plus 7+ years equivalent)
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering or product design
- Proven ability to translate scientific results into product prototypes
- Proven track record independently leading and running research projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; effective in interdisciplinary teams
- Proven ability to present data/insights/recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
