Role Summary
Organogenesis is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager in our Marketing department. The Senior Product Manager will proactively gather customer insights, analyze market dynamics, and identify key unmet needs for select brands within the wound care portfolio, while leading a team. This role drives the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and tactics to support the brand(s) through the product lifecycle, leveraging strong marketing and analytical skills to drive brand adoption. This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Execute on the portfolio strategy and marketing plans to achieve business goals; recommend direction and product positioning for assigned products.
- Lead teams and work cross-functionally.
- Research and understand the marketplace.
- Lead full cycle marketing strategies (mostly downstream).
- Develop and launch new products into the market.
- Extensive digital marketing experience.
- Develop messaging strategies and manage multiple projects and vendors to bring products to market.
- Design marketing mix and go-to-market strategies to create competitive advantage, in collaboration with customer marketing.
- Support worldwide business growth with clearly defined goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, and action items.
- Provide support to the global sales organizations, including KOL and customer visits.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Product Manager role in the healthcare industry.
- Experience "owning" a product.
- Wound care experience preferred.
- Product Management certificate preferred.
- Direct patient/consumer experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, with professional communication at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize customer insights into portfolio strategies and business recommendations.
- Experience collaborating in multi-national, cross-functional matrix environments.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to present high-level information to diverse audiences, including scientists, executives, and laypersons.
- Excellent strategic thinking with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Up to 40% travel.
