Position Summary:
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to safely deliver high-quality products. Troubleshoot issues with operators/technicians/leads to keep production running.

Responsibilities:
- Lead equipment changeovers and start-of-batch activities with accurate documentation and safe handover.
- Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment per SOPs and batch documentation.
- Monitor process performance and product quality; escalate issues and support root cause resolution.
- Use production systems/basic data tools to record performance, identify trends, and support improvements.
- Coach and train colleagues on safety practices.
- Support continuous improvement for safety, quality, and equipment efficiency.
- Prepare equipment/materials per batch instructions and SOPs.
- Operate machinery and perform processes (e.g., machining, chemical processing, formulation, inspection, assembly, packaging).
- Monitor meters/gauges/valves/temperatures/pressures to meet specifications.
- Meet production schedules/targets while complying with safety and GMP.
- Handle/move/pack/sort materials; monitor output quality and defects; adjust processes as needed.
- Complete daily production records; perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain safety/hygiene/compliance for inspection readiness.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years production/process operator experience.
- 3+ years in regulated manufacturing environment (or equivalent).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Equipment changeovers and start-of-batch experience.
- Experience completing batch documentation and SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree/technical certificate or equivalent.
- On-the-job training certification across work centers.
- Mechanical aptitude; ability to read gauges/instrumentation.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office) and production system experience.
- Data use for troubleshooting/improvement; experience training others.

Physical/Workplace Expectations:
- On-site; shift work in regulated manufacturing with noise/moving equipment.
- Wear protective gear; lift up to 40 lbs; kneel/climb/stand.
- Work extended shifts up to 12.5 hours and overtime as needed.
