General Summary:
The Senior Principal, Source to Pay Technology will provide technical expertise, delivery, and support for Source-to-Pay AI-powered technologies, focusing on implementation and maintenance of Source-to-Pay Orchestration solutions and AI capabilities.
Key Duties And Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Source-to-Pay technology and AI solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current/future state needs globally
- Implement Source-to-Pay AI capabilities while meeting compliance, legal, and ethical standards (including data privacy/regulatory requirements)
- Identify and propose technology-enabled business process improvements
- Facilitate workshops to collect and document user stories/requirements
- Develop/document integration requirements (upstream/downstream) and technical/functional details
- Design/configure in-scope platforms and applications; create/document testing strategies and execution plans
- Partner with offshore teams for support and enhancements; manage vendor/managed service provider relationships (as needed)
- Coordinate with Privacy, DTE Compliance, and Internal Audit to support regulatory and lifecycle/change management compliance
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience with Source-to-Pay technologies (e.g., Icertis, ProcessUnity, DocuSign, Coupa, Source-to-Pay orchestration tools)
- Hands-on AI/ML implementation experience; ability to translate business challenges into measurable AI outcomes
- Strong application configuration/integration/documentation skills; analysis and documentation of complex business processes
- Agile/dev-ops solution design, development, and deployment experience
- Program/project, demand, resource, and system lifecycle management experience
- Strong written/verbal communication; proven delivery track record; cross-boundary collaboration
Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline (or equivalent)
- 8+ years with relevant Life Sciences business systems; experience with implementation partners and managed services/offshore teams
- Preferred: ZipHQ
Pay Range:
$177,600 - $266,400
