Role Summary

Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for the Respiratory Specialty Care Team. Drive patient outcomes by applying scientific capabilities, engaging healthcare professionals, and executing strategic plans in the Respiratory & Immunology space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of clinical disease states and current treatment guidelines to support and inform healthcare professionals
• Effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals to influence prescribing behavior
• Execute call plans and Brand Strategy by translating data to actionable insights aligned with objectives and market needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to foster trust and ongoing engagement
• Drive portfolio demand through meaningful interactions, primarily face-to-face, while leveraging digital channels to reach customers
• Collaborate across sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, seeking innovative approaches to sales and customer engagement
• Focus on patient outcomes by aligning sales strategies with effective product utilization

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor‚Äôs Degree
• Required: 2+ years of demonstrated Sales or Commercial experience or a combination of pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry experience
• Required: A valid driver‚Äôs license and safe driving record
• Preferred: Therapeutic area experience and sales experience in clinical settings
