Senior Payroll Analyst

Role: Senior Payroll Analyst responsible for managing daily payroll operations for over 2,400 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple states. Responsibilities: execute end-to-end payroll cycles for weekly and bi-weekly pay, manage workflows, exception processing, off-cycle payments, and payroll escalations; collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams; generate payroll reports, support tax filings, and facilitate audits; review and audit timesheets, reconciliations, and variances; contribute to system enhancements and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years in payroll; advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and UKG Kronos systems; strong understanding of payroll laws, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
