Role Summary

Senior Patient Support Field Operations Manager. This role leads the management of materials, assets, and training for the Patient Support Field Reimbursement teams across all therapeutic areas, overseeing onboarding and training to develop best-in-class field reimbursement capabilities and supporting initiatives across hub programs. Responsible for lifecycle management of Field Reimbursement assets (digital and print) and for developing materials in collaboration with program leaders and internal partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acts as the patient support field team and project manager, supporting annual planning and anticipating asset, program, and launch needs.
  • Leads Field Systems and Field Operations in-house reporting and serves as the point of contact across the organization.
  • Collaborates with the Veeva team for system enhancements and updates on behalf of the FRM program.
  • Works with Patient Support Solutions and brand teams to develop HCP-facing materials with field teams and manage inventory and distribution.
  • Identifies changes required in downstream systems and communicates/trains teams accordingly.
  • Collaborates with hub program management to identify gaps and develop materials accordingly.
  • Creates presentations and other materials to describe and report program operations internally and externally.
  • Drives program training approach, content, and cadence in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Works with all departments and levels as needed.

Qualifications

  • A bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive relevant experience.
  • Experience with patient support hubs, specialty pharmacies, and/or healthcare institutions preferred.
  • Experience with Veeva CRM preferred.
  • Strong experience in data reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to communicate complex business analysis clearly (verbal and written).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with Training and Communication preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Proactive with strong prioritization and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements.
