Senior Patient Access Liaison (East)

Role: Senior Patient Access Liaison (Sr. PAL), field-based in the Eastern U.S., supporting patient engagement and access strategies for Compass Pathways' psychedelic treatments in mental health. Responsibilities include supporting REMS certification, enhancing site access readiness, providing compliant reimbursement and coverage education, assisting with patient case management, coordinating treatment logistics, and strengthening stakeholder relationships. The role also involves coaching colleagues, serving as a regional subject-matter expert, maintaining compliant documentation, developing account plans, and supporting regional initiatives. Post-launch, the Sr. PAL will focus on customer engagement, patient access support, and executing regional objectives; prior to launch, broader geographic support is expected. Qualifications require a minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech patient access, reimbursement, and case management within complex healthcare ecosystems, with deep knowledge of REMS, specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill models, and operational workflows. The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel approximately 50% or more, residing within 25 miles of the assigned territory. High-value specifics include experience supporting access for REMS-regulated biologics or specialty therapies, understanding of the mental health landscape, and familiarity with the treatment landscape for TRD and PTSD. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams while maintaining non-promotional boundaries.
