Senior Paralegal

Role: Senior Paralegal supporting Legal and Compliance functions within a biopharmaceutical company, focusing on contract management, corporate governance, litigation support, healthcare compliance, investigations, and policy administration. Responsibilities: draft and review legal documents, manage contract lifecycle systems, support corporate filings, assist with litigation and investigations, coordinate compliance policies, training, audits, and third-party due diligence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; at least 7 years of senior paralegal experience with healthcare or life sciences industry knowledge; paralegal certification preferred. HighValue: experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries; knowledge of healthcare laws such as Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act, FDA regulations; familiarity with contract management systems, electronic signatures, and compliance platforms. Collaboration: supports internal legal/compliance teams, outside counsel, and regulatory agencies. WorkSetup: hybrid in Boston, MA, with relocation planned to downtown Boston in Q1 2027.
