Senior Oncology Sales Specialist, Solid Tumor, GU – Boise, ID – Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Role: Senior Oncology Sales Specialist supporting the Boise, ID territory, including Idaho, Montana, Eastern Washington, and Oregon. Objectives: drive sales of current and potential oncology therapeutics through effective customer engagement and account development. Responsibilities: execute sales strategies, build relationships with healthcare providers, provide clinical information, develop account-specific plans, and understand healthcare delivery and reimbursement landscapes. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, at least 2 years of successful pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience or relevant clinical background, oncology or hospital account sales experience preferred, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel. Preferred: experience with solid tumors, urology, or rare diseases, product launch familiarity, and knowledge of AI/tech tools. High-Value: oncology therapeutics, biologics or small molecules, hospital and specialty pharmacy settings, complex reimbursement and managed care understanding, and virtual customer engagement skills. WorkSetup: field-based role with travel required.
