Responsibilities:
- Promote Pfizer’s oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers, specialists, and high-value target customers.
- Educate healthcare community on appropriate use of Pfizer products.
- Call on accounts and organized customers to improve patients’ experience and overall quality of patient care.
- Link insightful account/business assessment to a strong understanding of Pfizer products and resources.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS from an accredited institution OR associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.
- Valid US driver’s license; driving record compliant with company standards (DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies).
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales OR 4 years oncology HCP experience working with oncology thought leaders/high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of success with pharmaceutical sales/HCP experience.
- Exceptional aptitude to learn and communicate technical/scientific product and disease management information.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Proficiency using complex digital applications; ability to adapt to Pfizer’s technology model.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years oncology sales experience.
- Prostate Cancer Therapeutic Area experience.
- Master’s degree or Advanced HCP degree.
- Experience calling on institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.

Required/Preferred Skills (Functional/Technical):
- Promote broad product portfolio; strong disease/therapeutic area knowledge.
- Generate demand; strategic territory/account/customer planning.
- Maintain relationships across institutions; engage/influence/support customers through the selling process.
- Cultivate KOL relationships; assess physician/account needs with responsive, targeted approach.
- Work effectively in a matrix environment and rapidly learn new ways of working.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Annual base salary range: $108,600–$250,700.
- Additional Sales Incentive bonus.
