Responsibilities:
- Promote Pfizer’s product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists.
- Educate healthcare community on appropriate use of Pfizer products.
- Call on accounts and organized customers to improve patients’ experience and overall quality of patient care.
- Increase Pfizer’s brand with high-value target customers by assessing account/business landscape and leveraging Pfizer products/resources.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS (accredited) OR associate’s degree with 8+ years’ experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years relevant experience.
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.
- Valid US driver’s license; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales OR 4 years oncology HCP experience working with key oncology thought leaders/high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care.
- Demonstrated track record of success.
- Ability to communicate technical/scientific product and disease management information.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Proficiency using complex digital applications and adapting to Pfizer’s technology model.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years oncology sales; experience in hematology.
- Master’s degree; advanced HCP degree.
- Experience calling on institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.

Skills/Functional:
- Promote broad product portfolio; strong disease/therapeutic area/product knowledge.
- Generate demand; strategic territory/account/customer planning.
- Maintain relationships across institutions; access difficult-to-see providers.
- Cultivate KOL relationships; assess and address physician/account needs.
- Strong selling/technical/relationship, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Quick learning; ability to work in a matrix environment.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Annual base salary: $108,600–$250,700; additional Sales Incentive bonus.
- During initial new hire sales training: salary non-exempt (overtime); after certification: overtime exempt.
