Senior Oncology Account Manager (Remote - Central PA)

Senior Oncology Account Manager β Job Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic execution across a complex territory/multi-state geography to deliver sustained commercial impact.
- Expand relationships with healthcare providers and influential stakeholders to support appropriate use of oncology therapies.
- Use advanced analytics and market insights to refine territory strategy and influence internal planning.
- Partner cross-functionally to address clinical, operational, and access challenges.
- Represent field perspectives in brand planning; identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and unmet needs.
- Model excellence in compliance, professionalism, and ethical engagement.
- Lead strategic pull-through initiatives with access and reimbursement teams.
- Serve as a field ambassador for new product launches, pilots, and strategic initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with KOLs, IDNs, and institutional decision-makers.
- Support regional leadership in business planning, training, and performance calibration.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in related discipline + 9 years relevant experience; or Masterβs + 7 years; or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum 5 years oncology sales experience.
- Launch experience required.
Required Skills:
- Ability to persuade by presenting complex clinical information.
- Strong business planning; ability to work independently.
Benefits (as stated): Base pay range $198,000β$253,500 annually; 401k with generous company contributions; group medical/dental/vision; life/disability; flexible spending; discretionary annual bonus/sales incentive (field); stock purchase; long-term incentives; 15 vacation days (year 1); 17 paid holidays; up to 10 sick days.
