Role Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic execution across a complex territory or multi-state geography, delivering sustained commercial impact.
- Expand relationships with healthcare providers and build relations with influential stakeholders to support appropriate use of oncology therapies.
- Leverage advanced analytics and market insights to refine territory strategy and influence internal planning.
- Partner cross-functionally to address clinical, operational, and access challenges.
- Represent field perspectives in brand planning and contribute to tactical innovation.
- Identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and unmet needs.
- Model excellence in compliance, professionalism, and ethical engagement.
- Lead strategic pull-through initiatives with access and reimbursement teams.
- Serve as a field-based ambassador for new product launches, pilots, and strategic initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, integrated delivery networks, and institutional decision-makers.
- Support regional leadership in business planning, training, and performance calibration.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree with 9 years related experience; or Masterβs degree with 7 years; or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum 5 years of oncology sales experience; launch experience required.
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Ability to persuade by presenting complex clinical information.
- Strong business planning.
- Ability to work independently.
- Relationship management, customer focus, teamwork, communication, influence/persuasion.
Benefits (as stated):
- Base pay range: $198,000β$253,500 annually; 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life/disability, flexible spending accounts, annual/discretionary bonus or sales incentive plan, stock purchase, long-term incentives, paid time off (15 vacation days first year, 17 paid holidays incl. winter shutdown), up to 10 sick days.
