Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, business, or related field; at least 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 5+ years in oncology sales, with proven success in launching first-in-class or specialty oncology therapies. Experience with rare or orphan oncology is preferred. Strong scientific and clinical engagement skills, understanding of reimbursement pathways, and the ability to manage complex accounts are essential.
