Responsibilities:
- Effectively support Genmabโ€™s Oncology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace.
- Meet or exceed assigned territory sales goals by positioning Genmab productsโ€™ benefits and use for appropriate patients.
- Develop and implement robust territory business plans; meet or exceed productivity requirements.
- Flex between virtual and in-person engagements and tailor plans to account communication preferences.
- Analyze key market data points and action insights to improve business planning.
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers; deliver value-based solutions.
- Represent Genmab brands professionally, compliantly, ethically, and effectively across all communication channels.
- Demonstrate knowledge of disease states, Genmab brands, and competitor products; articulate value via digital and live mediums.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reimbursement environment, including reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for injectable medications.
- Manage territory resources and budget; comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:
- BS/BA degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales; at least 3 years demonstrated Oncology marketplace success (Hematology preferred).
- Hematology/Oncology launch experience.
- Proven account management and selling performance; ability to meet/exceed goals.
- Strong business analytics for developing, executing, and adjusting territory business plans.
- Ability to build professional relationships and work effectively in matrix teams.
- Proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Veeva (etc.).
- Flexibility, strong attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communication.
- Must live in Los Angeles West territory.
