Senior MSL - West

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for a biotech specializing in psychiatric and neurological therapeutics, including psychedelics and CNS compounds. Objectives: serve as a scientific field expert, foster relationships with KOLs, support R&D and clinical teams, and contribute to policy and advocacy efforts. Responsibilities: engage with healthcare providers, communicate scientific data, support educational and policy initiatives, gather field insights, and assist with clinical trial activities. Qualifications: advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD), minimum 4+ years of MSL or medical affairs experience in psychiatry/CNS, strong understanding of psychiatric disorders, and experience supporting pre-launch to launch stages. Preferred skills include policy engagement, high-level communication, and familiarity with CRM tools.
