Primary objectives include establishing scientific expertise, fostering relationships with healthcare providers, and supporting medical strategies. Responsibilities encompass scientific education, medical insights collection, cross-functional collaboration, congress planning, and research support. The role involves 50–75% travel, with remote work flexibility. Requirements: PharmD, PhD, MD, or relevant healthcare degree; 2+ years (MSL) or 4+ years (Senior MSL) in medical affairs or clinical roles; strong communication, relationship-building, and scientific presentation skills; understanding of clinical research, pharmaceutical development, and experience in rare diseases, cardiology, or neurology preferred.
