Senior MSL - Mid West

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for a late-stage psychiatric-focused biopharma company, serving as a scientific and clinical expert in the field. Responsibilities include building relationships with KOLs and healthcare providers, communicating scientific data on psychedelic and CNS programs, supporting educational events and clinical trial activities, and providing scientific insights to internal teams. The role also involves engagement with government agencies, advocacy groups, and support for policy discussions, along with infrastructure and capability development within Medical Affairs. Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred; 5+ years in MSL or related medical affairs, with psychiatry/CNS experience; strong communication skills and understanding of psychiatric disorders and treatment landscapes. High-value specifics include focus on psychedelics (LSD, MDMA analogs), clinical stage programs (pre-IND to Phase IV), experience supporting pre-launch and launch activities, and working in high-growth biotech settings. The position requires up to 60% travel, with a base salary range of $225,560–$255,000, plus potential bonuses and benefits.
