Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focusing on infectious diseases and vaccines in the Eastern U.S., serving as a scientific partner to healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory-specific medical strategies, engage with infectious-disease physicians, travel-medicine experts, and public health officials; exchange knowledge on vaccine science, epidemiology, and clinical data; identify research opportunities and support scientific education, advisory boards, and research initiatives; serve as an internal resource on regional disease landscape, emerging evidence, and policy. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.) with 5+ years in Medical Affairs, vaccine or infectious disease expertise, and 3+ years of field medical experience; proven ability to manage complex stakeholder networks, communicate scientific data effectively, and operate independently across a broad geography.
