Senior Medical Science Liaison, WHC (Chicago, IL)

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Women’s Healthcare, serving as a scientific expert and trusted partner within the medical community to support Bayer’s product lifecycle. Responsibilities include establishing long-term relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, providing scientific education, supporting research initiatives, and translating medical strategies into actionable engagement plans. The MSL also delivers educational presentations, supports clinical trials, and contributes insights to refine medical and commercial strategies. Qualifications: BA/BS degree required; demonstrated MSL experience; strong scientific communication skills; ability to build internal and external relationships; willing to travel 50+%. Preferred: advanced terminal degrees (MD, PhD, PharmD), knowledge of FDA/OIG regulations, 1+ years MSL experience or equivalent industry experience. The role covers therapeutic areas in Women’s Healthcare, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and medical education in the Illinois, Davenport, IA, and Northern IN regions. Work setup involves a hybrid or field-based model, with significant travel.
