Responsibilities:
- Implement KOL field strategy, including KOL identification and engagement
- Develop and maintain long-term scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and other key healthcare professionals at academic/community centers
- Serve as a trusted scientific partner through non-promotional, evidence-based discussions
- Present complex clinical, scientific, and outcomes research data to diverse healthcare audiences
- Identify and communicate field insights to inform medical and clinical strategy
- Partner with medical affairs, clinical development, market access, and commercial teams to align on strategy and ensure compliant execution
- Execute conference strategy, including staffing scientific booths at major conferences and regional meetings
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree preferred (MD, PhD, or PharmD)
- Bachelorβs degree in health science required
- Minimum of 3 years of MSL experience supporting Oncology
- 50% regional travel required

- Advanced scientific acumen and ability to interpret complex clinical data
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate field insights into actionable medical strategy
- High level of autonomy and ability to manage a large geographic territory
Compensation:
- Washington State pay range: $210,000 - $230,000 USD
