Responsibilities:
- Establish collaborations with external healthcare professionals/expert network, scientific opinion leaders, and institutions to share evidence-based medical/scientific information on the oncology/solid tumor R&D portfolio.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the territory (map key accounts; plan medical engagements aligned with medical objectives).
- Cultivate partnerships with academic centers, centers of excellence, and integrated care systems.
- Deliver medical education, updates, and field insights to U.S. healthcare professionals as part of the US field-based scientific/medical expert team.
- Build partnerships with investigators, thought leaders, and healthcare professionals through scientific, evidence-based communication and education.
- Support and identify U.S. clinical trial sites and opportunities aligned with oncology strategy.
- Document and communicate actionable field insights to internal stakeholders.
- Provide input, support, and/or attend prioritized oncology conferences, medical education programs, advisory boards, and trainings.
- Ensure timely/accurate documentation of interactions and compliant safety reporting aligned with local policies.
Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills:
- Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, MD/DO, or PhD preferred) with 3–5+ years of oncology MSL or comparable customer-facing industry/clinical role.
- Working therapeutic knowledge of gynecologic malignancies/breast cancer with an established HCP/external expert network.
- Preferred locations: Atlanta, Nashville.
- Strong networking, collaboration, presentation, and communication skills; proven cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt priorities; understanding of clinical trials/protocols and drug development lifecycle.
- Ethical standards and knowledge of clinical regulations/industry standards (GCP; PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals).
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office 365).
- Frequent travel and driving within territory (50–70%).
