Senior Medical Science Liaison (South)

Role: Regional Medical Science Director (MSL) supporting Summit’s oncology pipeline, including Phase 3 trials in NSCLC and colorectal cancer with investigational therapy ivonescimab. Responsibilities: develop territory plans, engage healthcare professionals and investigators, support clinical research activities such as site evaluation, investigator meetings, and investigator-sponsored trials; provide education on disease states, therapeutic landscape, and Summit products; monitor scientific trends and participate in medical meetings; build credible relationships with external experts; collaborate cross-functionally to align scientific and business objectives. Requirements: Doctoral degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) or significant oncology industry experience; 5+ years in solid tumor oncology, with at least 2+ years as an MSL; strong scientific communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills; experience in immuno-oncology preferred; proficiency in MS Office, database skills, and ability to travel up to 75%. High-Value: supporting late-stage clinical development (Phase 3), immuno-oncology, solid tumor focus, investigator engagement, and external expert relationships.
