Senior Medical Science Liaison - Pain (Georgia)

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison supporting Vertex's pain program, focused on near-term product launch. Responsibilities: establish and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders involved in pain management; provide clinical, scientific, and health economic data; contribute to medical strategy and plan execution; represent Vertex at medical congresses; support clinical development activities, including investigator interactions and site nominations; mentor colleagues; ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies; utilize CRM and data analytics tools effectively. Requirements: advanced biomedical or life sciences degree (Masters, NP, PA) or terminal degree (PhD, PharmD, MD); minimum 5 years' experience as an MSL or in medical affairs within biopharma; strong knowledge of pain conditions, healthcare regulations, and health economics; excellent communication skills in English and local language; ability to travel routinely within the territory. Work setup: field-based role with regular travel within the North West territory, located near an airport.
