Senior Medical Science Liaison - Pain (Georgia)

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison supporting Vertex's pain program, focusing on near-term product launch. Responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders involved in pain management; provide scientific, clinical, and health economic data; inform medical strategy through external insights; assist in clinical development activities, including investigator meetings and site nominations; represent Vertex at medical congresses; and train or mentor colleagues. Requirements: advanced biomedical or life sciences degree (Masters, NP, PA) or terminal degree (PhD, PharmD, MD); minimum 5 years of experience in medical affairs or related roles in pharma/biotech; strong knowledge of pain conditions, healthcare environment, and regulatory requirements; proficient in CRM, data analytics, and scientific presentation skills; excellent communication skills in English and local language.
