Senior Medical Science Liaison - Orthopedics Northeast

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Vericel's Orthopedic franchise, serving as a scientific expert and strategic partner to healthcare professionals, investigators, and KOLs. Responsibilities: deliver non-promotional scientific exchange, medical education, support evidence generation, and collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, and R&D teams; support clinical research, investigator-initiated studies, and evidence dissemination; provide insights to inform medical strategy and business initiatives; represent Vericel at scientific forums; ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, etc.), minimum 5 years of Medical Affairs or MSL experience in biotech, pharma, or regenerative medicine; expertise in orthopedics, cartilage restoration, sports medicine, or cell therapies; proven relationship-building and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; residence near a major airport; experience supporting clinical research and advisory boards.
