Responsibilities encompass peer-to-peer engagement with clinicians and PHDMs, supporting investigator sites and non-sponsored research, communicating clinical and economic data, and contributing to congress activities, speaker training, and project teams. The role involves mentoring other MSLs, maintaining compliance, and providing field insights to internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Doctorate (Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D., D.O.) with a minimum of 2 years in Medical Affairs, or equivalent experience (e.g., 6+ years with a Master’s or 8+ years with a Bachelor’s), including at least 1 year in clinical practice or research. Preferred candidates have cardiometabolic or obesity expertise, 2+ years as an MSL in biotech/pharma, and experience within designated territories. The position requires strong scientific communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
