Position Summary:
- Build and sustain professional relationships with national/regional healthcare practitioners.
- Facilitate education on current and upcoming therapies developed and commercialized by Travere.
- Provide access to current medical and scientific information on Travere products and therapeutic areas to KOLs, HCPs, Managed Market/LTC stakeholders, and decision makers.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate deep scientific expertise on assigned molecules/products and therapeutic areas to exchange insights with thought leaders and healthcare decision makers in assigned regions.
- Identify and develop relationships with national/regional medical/scientific thought leaders, patient advocacy groups, and centers of excellence.
- Contribute to pre-launch/launch activities for sparsentan in FSGS and IgA Nephropathy.
- Foster partnerships with KOLs to support medical education, clinical/scientific research, and understanding of evolving healthcare trends.
- Engage in continuous learning and participate in upskilling programs related to assigned molecules/products/disease states and business topics.
- Build working relationships across internal field partners to support an enterprise approach.
- Serve as scientific expert at medical/scientific conferences, advisory boards, roundtables, clinical investigator meetings, and internal meetings.
- Develop and implement medical education strategies and initiatives; support publication planning, development of medical education materials, and internal training.
- Maintain cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Medical Information, Medical Communications, and Commercial/Field Sales.
- Assist with sponsored research and investigator-initiated research (e.g., site identification/recruitment, conduit/protocol champion, status updates).
- Deliver medical presentations to diverse audiences and effectively communicate complex information to physicians, pharmacists, and nurses.
- Support managed market/payer engagement by presenting formulary information, pharmacoeconomic, and clinical data to explain value proposition, clinical differentiators, and safety/efficacy of sparsentan.
- Support Patient Advocacy with creation/delivery of scientific/medical information on IgA Nephropathy and FSGS disease mechanism.
- Adhere to corporate compliance in all activities, including clinical trials, scientific interactions, and responses to unsolicited requests.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Advanced degree strongly preferred (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, or NP) in a relevant scientific discipline; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant biopharmaceutical industry experience as a Medical Science Liaison; comparable research/pharmaceutical experience considered.
- Nephrology experience and established KOL contacts in nephrology/renal pathologists and rare disease is a plus.
- New product launch experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of FDA guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to prioritize and perform in a constantly changing environment.
- Field-based role: must live in territory or immediate adjacency.
- Ability to travel up to 50+%; in-field 3–4 days/week; travel to regional/national/international meetings as assigned; some weekend work may be required.
