Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Neuroscience (Mood), serving as a scientific expert within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines. Objectives: develop strategic scientific engagement, foster relationships with KOLs and healthcare providers, and support medical education and research activities in neuropsychiatric disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and autism. Responsibilities: implement territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategy; conduct high-quality scientific exchanges; identify educational gaps; facilitate investigator-initiated studies; utilize insights and AI tools to inform decision-making; and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs, and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, etc.) with at least 2+ years of relevant experience, including success as an MSL; strong therapeutic expertise in neuroscience; ability to support a territory requiring up to 70% travel; valid US driver’s license preferred. High-Value: Neuroscience focus on mental health disorders, supporting the development and scientific dissemination of innovative therapies, with emphasis on evidence-based engagement, regulatory compliance, and use of digital tools. Work setup involves in-territory visits, congress attendance, and remote engagement, with a focus on scientific credibility and strategic influence.
