Collaboration spans internal teams such as R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations, with a focus on ethical, compliant scientific exchange. Qualifications include a doctoral degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), with at least 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrated success as an MSL, and strong therapeutic expertise in neuroscience, particularly mood disorders. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and familiarity with digital tools, including AI applications. The role entails up to 70% travel, supporting a patient-centered approach in complex neuropsychiatric diseases such as depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, with an emphasis on scientific credibility, ethical standards, and cross-functional teamwork.
