Senior Medical Science Liaison, Neuroimmunology – Pacific Northwest

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Neuroimmunology within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division, focusing on immunological disorders. Responsibilities: build and manage relationships with KOLs and healthcare providers across the Pacific Northwest (Seattle, Portland, San Francisco), develop territory strategies, and deliver scientific education aligned with current treatment trends. Support investigator-initiated research and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Maintain in-depth expertise in neuroimmunology and related therapeutic areas, providing scientific insights to internal teams and external stakeholders. Requirements: PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, or PA with 2+ years relevant neurology, immunology, or neuromuscular experience; 2-4 years of MSL or clinical/research experience; ability to travel approximately 60%, including weekends and overnight stays; valid driver’s license. Preferred: experience with rare disease launches and extensive presentation skills. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on immune-mediated diseases, within a late-stage research or post-market context, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, scientific acumen, and strategic territory planning. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with medical affairs, research, and commercial teams, with a primary work location in the Pacific Northwest.
