Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Dermatology within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, based in Georgia. Objectives: Serve as a scientific and clinical expert, fostering external relationships, supporting medical strategies, and translating scientific data into meaningful discussions. Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory-specific engagement plans; establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers; provide scientific education and balanced insights; support investigator-initiated studies and respond to research inquiries; generate and share strategic insights to inform medical and asset planning; collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D and Medical Affairs; stay current with scientific developments in immunology and dermatology; adhere to compliance and regulatory standards; and utilize AI tools to optimize engagement and decision-making. Qualifications: Doctorate (PharmD, PhD, MD) with at least 2+ years of relevant experience, including success as an MSL; strong therapeutic expertise; ability to travel up to 70%; valid US driverβs license. Preferred: Fellowship or residency, therapeutic area knowledge, clinical research experience, proficiency with digital tools.
