Senior Medical Science Liaison I

Role: Field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supporting Replimune’s oncology clinical development initiatives, focusing on building relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical sites, and internal teams to facilitate scientific exchange and advocacy. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging oncology thought leaders, managing investigator relationships, supporting investigator-sponsored studies, and educating customers on research projects and product strategies. The role also involves representing Replimune at scientific conferences, contributing to advisory boards, and supporting commercial and medical education efforts. Requirements: Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) preferred; minimum 1 year of industry MSL experience in oncology; clinical patient care experience advantageous; strong leadership, project management, and relationship-building skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and travel extensively. Preferred skills include experience with oncolytic immunotherapies, scientific communication, and familiarity with drug development stages. The position supports Replimune’s mission to develop oncolytic immunotherapies for cancer, emphasizing collaboration, scientific rigor, and strategic engagement within the oncology therapeutic area.
