Senior Medical Science Liaison – Dermatology - Rocky Mountain

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) responsible for external scientific engagement within the US therapeutic area team, primarily supporting Takeda’s medical strategy and enhancing patient outcomes. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and HCPs, disseminating complex scientific data, supporting research initiatives, collecting medical insights, and participating in medical conferences and activities. The role requires compliance with legal and regulatory standards and thorough documentation of activities. Requirements include a doctoral degree in life/health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) or a Master’s in health sciences (minimum), with at least 2 years of field-based MSL experience in pharma. Preferred skills involve experience in therapeutic areas relevant to Takeda’s pipeline, scientific communication, clinical or research background, and proficiency in virtual and cross-functional collaboration. The position entails frequent travel (up to 70%), including overnight stays and driving or flying to meetings. The role is virtual, based in the Colorado territory, reporting to the Director, MSL, with a salary range of $151,100 to $237,490, reflecting qualifications and experience.
