Responsibilities include developing relationships with hematology/cell therapy thought leaders, providing scientific education on CAR-T mechanisms, disease management, and manufacturing, and supporting infusion center implementation. The role also involves gathering site insights, identifying educational gaps, fostering research collaborations, and representing Medical Affairs at scientific meetings. Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP), 5+ years in hematology/oncology with at least 2 years in field-based scientific engagement, experience in cell therapy and/or multiple myeloma, and ability to travel 40-60%.
