Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Cell Therapy, specializing in Multiple Myeloma, supporting AstraZeneca's pipeline and patient care initiatives. Responsibilities: develop scientific relationships with hematology and cell therapy thought leaders, educate multidisciplinary healthcare providers on CAR-T therapies, disease state, safety, manufacturing, and clinical management; respond to scientific inquiries; gather regional insights to inform medical strategies; identify opportunities for research collaborations and educational gaps; support medical affairs activities at scientific meetings. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP); 5+ years in hematology/oncology, with at least 2 years in field medical or scientific engagement, preferably in cell therapy or myeloma; experience supporting product launches and working across matrixed teams; ability to travel 40-60%. Preferred: oncology/hematology specialization, deep knowledge of cell therapy and regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP).
