Responsibilities include building relationships with hematology and cell therapy thought leaders, engaging with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, educating providers on CAR-T mechanisms, disease landscape, safety, manufacturing, and clinical management, and supporting infusion center implementation. The role involves gathering insights to inform medical strategies and collaborating across Medical Affairs, Commercial, and R&D functions, with active representation at scientific meetings. Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP), 5+ years in hematology/oncology, with at least 2 years in field medical roles, preferably in cell therapy and multiple myeloma. Experience in product launch, working within a matrixed environment, and ability to travel 40-60% domestically are necessary. Preferred qualifications include oncology/hematology specialization, direct cell therapy expertise, knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations, and experience implementing HQ plans.
