Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Cell Therapy, focusing on Multiple Myeloma within AstraZeneca. Main objectives involve building scientific relationships, providing medical support, and advancing cell therapy and myeloma knowledge in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle and San Francisco). Responsibilities include engaging with hematology and cell therapy thought leaders, educating healthcare providers on CAR-T mechanisms, safety, and manufacturing, supporting infusion center implementation, and gathering insights to inform medical strategies. The role also entails collaborating across Medical Affairs, R&D, and Commercial teams and representing AstraZeneca at scientific forums. Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP); 5+ years in hematology/oncology, with at least 2 years in scientific engagement, preferably in cell therapy or multiple myeloma; experience supporting product launches; ability to travel 40-60%. Preferred: Oncology/hematology specialization, direct cell therapy expertise, experience with FDA and GMP regulations, and HQ plan implementation skills.
