Responsibilities encompass engaging with healthcare professionals, providing scientific support, addressing educational gaps, facilitating infusion center implementation, and collaborating across Medical Affairs, Commercial, and R&D teams. Qualifications: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, NP, PA), 5+ years in hematology/oncology, with at least 2 years in scientific engagement or field medical roles, preferably in cell therapy and myeloma. Must have experience supporting product launches, operating in matrixed environments, and be willing to travel 40-60%. Preferred: Oncology/hematology specialization, expertise in cell therapy, knowledge of FDA/GMP regulations, and experience with HQ plan implementation. High-Value: Focus on cell therapy, CAR-T, multiple myeloma, scientific relationship development, supporting infusion centers, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated biopharma setting.
