Senior Medical Science Liaison – Cell Therapy (New England)

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Cell Therapy focusing on Multiple Myeloma, serving as the medical voice for AstraZeneca in the New England territory. Primary objectives include building scientific relationships, supporting education on CAR-T mechanisms, and advancing patient care in hematology and cell therapy. Responsibilities encompass engaging with healthcare professionals, providing scientific support, addressing educational gaps, facilitating infusion center implementation, and collaborating across Medical Affairs, Commercial, and R&D teams. Qualifications: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, NP, PA), 5+ years in hematology/oncology, with at least 2 years in scientific engagement or field medical roles, preferably in cell therapy and myeloma. Must have experience supporting product launches, operating in matrixed environments, and be willing to travel 40-60%. Preferred: Oncology/hematology specialization, expertise in cell therapy, knowledge of FDA/GMP regulations, and experience with HQ plan implementation. High-Value: Focus on cell therapy, CAR-T, multiple myeloma, scientific relationship development, supporting infusion centers, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated biopharma setting.
