The role involves gathering site insights, identifying educational gaps, and collaborating across Medical Affairs, Commercial, and R&D functions. Qualifications: Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD), 5+ years in hematology/oncology with at least 2 years in scientific engagement or field medical roles, experience with cell therapy or multiple myeloma preferred, strong communication skills, and ability to travel 40-60%. High-Value: expertise in hematology/oncology, cell therapy, CAR-T, multiple myeloma, and familiarity with FDA/GMP regulations. Work setup: territory includes Columbus, Cleveland, and Nashville, with a preference for candidates residing within this region.
