Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focusing on Cardiorenal in the Northern Plains, serving as a scientific expert and strategic partner in the medical community. Responsibilities: build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, thought leaders, and medical societies; deliver scientific education, support clinical research, and facilitate investigator-initiated studies; translate local medical strategies into actionable engagement plans; provide medical insights to internal teams; and support scientific communication and compliance. Requirements: BA/BS degree; proven MSL experience; strong knowledge of clinical trial design and scientific communication skills; ability to work independently with high travel (50+%); and current licensure or certifications as applicable. Preferred: advanced terminal degrees such as MD, PhD, PharmD; at least 1-2 years of industry or post-graduate fellowship experience; familiarity with FDA and OIG requirements. High-value specifics: focus on cardiovascular and renal therapeutic areas; involved in medical education, stakeholder engagement, clinical research facilitation, and data interpretation; collaborative work with internal and external stakeholders; and work based in residence within the territory across Iowa, Minnesota, or Wisconsin.
