Senior Marketing Manager, Patient & HCP Marketing (Encaleret)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as day-to-day execution lead for patient and HCP marketing tactics; translate brand strategy/messaging into execution plans, briefs, and timelines.
- Manage tactical plan calendar across workstreams; surface dependencies/conflicts early and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with agency partners; track deliverables, project status, and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
- Support development of patient education and HCP tools/sales aids across digital and print channels.
- Lead day-to-day execution for HCP speaker bureau, congress support, patient webinars, email campaigns, and core print collateral.
- Support end-to-end execution (stakeholder alignment, logistics, timelines, flawless delivery).
- For select projects, support MLR review for promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure accuracy/compliance.
- Adapt content for multiple audiences (patients, caregivers, physicians, other HCPs) while maintaining message consistency and scientific integrity.
- Maintain documentation of approved claims, messaging platforms, and material versioning.
- Support patient ambassador programming and priority conference/advocacy events; lead execution for select conferences/events.
- Define/track KPIs; compile dashboards/status updates; manage budget tracking and vendor/agency coordination.
- Coordinate with digital marketing and cross-functional partners (commercial operations, sales, brand analytics, IT, MCM) for field/channel execution.
- Analyze performance data/field feedback to improve processes as the brand scales.

Qualifications:
- 5–7 years in digital/communications/product marketing (biotech/pharma/healthcare preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to balance senior strategic direction with hands-on execution.
- Strong project management; experience coordinating concurrent workstreams, timelines, and budgets.
- Experience managing MLR/promotional review process.
- Product launch experience in a competitive market.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration; able to influence without authority.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Results-oriented (ROI/performance metrics); excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for serving patients with genetic diseases.
- Self-starter; ability to work independently and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Ability to travel (~20%).

Preferred:
- MBA/advanced degree; healthcare advertising agency experience.
- Competitive intelligence/analytics/market research exposure.
- Rare disease experience.
