Operations
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple areas of GMP production, and lead most operations as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships at the site and cross-functionally.
- Manage and maintain training qualifications for assigned operations; operate as lead trainer on most operations.
- Identify and revise manufacturing documents (Equipment SOPs) as required.
- Draft change controls as required and manage small projects for the area.
- Perform limited CQV tasks when needed for new plant expansions or upgrades.
- Operate in up to an ISO 5/Grade B environment.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Life Sciences or Engineering (a plus) with minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in SAP, Veeva, and Cell Therapy operations strongly preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Results oriented; demonstrate resiliency, ownership, and drive.
- Team oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
- Must be able to work onsite daily and willing to have a flexible schedule during peak times, including supporting critical operations outside normal work hours as needed.
