Role Purpose:
- Collect, validate, and manage customer data to drive business insights and support sales, marketing, market access, patient support programs, and commercial operations. Interface with Market Access, Trade Channel Partners, IT/Operations, and data vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee collection, validation, and management of customer data across trade channel operations, sales/marketing ops, market access, patient support programs, and syndicated data.
- Intake and integrate new customer data sources into 360 views.
- Own customer golden records, affiliations management, and associated business rules/processes.
- Develop and maintain βcustomer360β with IT; automate data pipelines and improve data workflows.
- Manage commercial data procurement contracts; ensure data use agreements for external sharing.
- Execute contracts for new data assets and support ingestion into commercial data lake/warehouse.
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and customer operations to understand data needs; support rebates/contracts/pricing operations with market access teams.
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize data operations, accessibility, and commercial processes.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA with 5 years related experience; or Masterβs with 3 years; or equivalent combination.
- 5+ years commercial operations consulting/direct experience in biotech/pharma/medical devices.
- 2+ years oncology strongly preferred; oral specialty drug strongly preferred.
- Experience with multiple commercial data types (trade channel aggregation, EMR claims, syndicated/third-party, personal/non-personal promotional).
- Hands-on experience with industry data offerings (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, OneKey).
- Commercial data analytics experience a plus.
Skills:
- Pharma trade channel and syndicated data expertise; customer data/MDM management.
- Understanding of Sales Ops and Digital Marketing interactions with MDM.
- Data automation tools/techniques (SQL, Python); strategic, cross-functional problem solving.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; Excel/Access/database experience.
